It won't be a problem to combine banked/borrowed/current points with one-time use points. Member services can do all those transactions for you when you're on the phone making the reservation.
If you're contract is at Alunai, realize you won't be able to use the one-time use points during the priority booking period. You'll need to book as many nights as you can with your points, and then add nights using the one-time use points at the 7-month point. If your contract(s) are at another resort, you'll be booking the whole reservation within the 7-month window anyway, so you can book everything at once.
Sounds like it won't be an issue in your case, because it sounds like the Hawaii trip will be your only booking for that year. But in general, you need to plan carefully when it comes to one-time use points. You're only allowed a single purchase of them per use year, and that purchase can be for up to 24 points. So don't use 4 one-time use points for another earlier booking the same year, thinking you'd still have the 20 left for Hawaii.
Since you need to use so many one-time use points, you may want to check to see if there'd be a cost advantage to purchasing a cash night with the member discount instead. There are down sides, like having to check out and back in for that night. But look at the cost difference to see which makes the most sense to you.
