Finally got our welcome home email! But I can't make a DVC log in without a club ID? I called member services and they said I had to wait for paperwork :( Ive seen others reference getting their number via chat? But I can't seem to use the Chat since I'm not fully logged in as a DVC member? Any other options? Or do I just have to wait the additional 7-10 days that the cast member told me on the phone until I receive the mailed packet?

Our cast member that we worked with for our contract gave us that information the day after we agreed (before we got our paperwork). Maybe check with them?
 
Glad you got it set up. We got our Welcome Home email on Wednesday too, however, our points are not yet available to use. Did this happen to you as well?

We got our activation code on 2/12/20 we called and got our member numbers, activation codes and club IDs to get our online account set up. They told me we would have to wait 7-10 business days for points to load. I was eager and tried calling the next day and there was a very helpful CM that tried to load them but said the other department she needed to talk to was closed and to call back the next day. Tried the next day and they turned me down saying because I was resale had to wait. My husband decided to try one more time today we were able to have our points loaded and first trip booked! We told him we wanted to book because we were within the 7 month window. He was extremely nice and helpful! I think saying you are in the window is helpful and also just depends on if the person wants to be helpful or not? Hopefully this is helpful
 
Thank you so much for this info. I called again (3rd time) and took your advice. The cast member I talked to was able to add the points and help me book our first trip! Thank you again!
