The main reason I opt to splurge and get my pictures developed by Shutters! At least if one of mine don't come out, maybe I can get a similiar one of theirs or try for the same shoot (often impossible, I know!)

1. Always have your camera with you - those great photo opportunities come up at the least expected times.
2. Don't panic about doing shore excursions - if you've never been to the islands it's kind of nice to look around, do some shopping and enjoy their beaches.
3. Palo is the BEST!!
4. I think it's been said, but plan on booking onboard for your next cruise... you get a great rebate, you can transfer the reservation over to your TA, and you can change the date if need be.

That comment was not directed at you personally, but, it did make me laugh!!! I was making a general statement, for those interested, that a digital camera is a good way to go. I've had my digital camera for three years now, and, I don't know how I got along without it.

Hi Bob!

For the risk of being called a "pig", I will confess that there is a menu during one of the dinners that I will order EVERYTHING as an appetizer and forego the rest of the food!

Mom (my dessert-a-holic) gets almost all the desserts on the menu as her dinner!

Michael, on the other hand, is a meat and potatoes kid - just give him a steak and fries and he's happy!

Tom likes his food and has something in every category and samples ours too!

Oh my, all this talk about food and I've just gotten up!

Even better than a digital, I have have an Advantix that takes regular film but also has a preview screen to see the picture right after you have taken it. You can even choose the number of pictures you want developed from 0-9 for each shot. I just love the camera.

Hey Lori! That new camera sounds great. I like simple things - makes life easier for me!

Yes, horses are better than cruises - I've always wanted a horse - just took 48 years and Michael to get me there!

Another thing I wish I'd known before I cruised was the 24/7 coffee bar - that has coffee, hot chocolate, a variety of tea, milk, ice tea and lemonade along with ice and water.

AND you can't take live flowers off the ship!!! It's a $100 fine if caught!
