One room - two arrival dates

Hi,

Just had a question about checking in. We have one room booked for our entire extended family. One half of the party will be arriving two days before the second half. How does check in work in cases like this? Also, would we be able to have separate credit cards associated with our KTTW cards?

They will give the person checking in everyone's KTTW cards. As for the cc question, some folks recently said that you can now have more than one cc. I tried in the past and was told no, so it may be new or I just had a less than knowledgeable CM when I tried to do it.

I've had the later arriving guest's key cards held at the check in desk, and that's worked.
