Assuming you mean table service places, here are my favorites:

MK - Liberty Tree Tavern
EPCOT - Le Cellier
DHS - Brown Derby
AK - Tusker House (but really, for dinner I'd head to Boma at AKL)
DTD - (No real favorite at this time)

Not sure if you mean TS or CS either, but I'll just share my favs at each:

MK - Liberty Tree Tavern (although honestly, i usually dine at a resort restaurant off the monorail when at MK)

Epcot - Le Cellier

DHS - Sci-Fi

AK - Flame Tree BBQ

DtD - Earl of Sandwich

For our family it would be:
Magic Kingdom - Crystal Palace. Even though our kids are 12 and 16 already they still enjoy the character interactions. Plus, we do really enjoy the food there as well. The buffet offers something for everyone.

EPCOT - This is a difficult one since there are so many great places to eat there. Our kids current favorite would be Tokyo Dining since they are now into sushi.

Hollywood Studios - I'd have to pick the Brown Derby here. It's expensive, but the best food in the whole park. The Ahi tuna appetizer I've had there in the past has been wonderful.

Animal Kingdom - The current favorite here is Yak & Yeti. The wok fried green beans are something we all enjoy. Any time you can get kids to actually "like" vegetables........good thing, even if they are "fried." The steak and shrimp combo dinner is something else I've liked there.

Downtown Disney - Difficult because we don't eat there often. I would have to say the place we've enjoyed the most in recent history is Raglan Road. It's very loud in there, especially if you get a table next to the dance stage like we did, but the food is really good. My husband and daughter had a salmon entree there that they both raved about.

Magic Kingdom - Skip the in-park dining. Almost everything on the monorail loop is better.

Epcot - Bistro de Paris

Hollywood Studios - Hollywood Brown Derby

Animal Kingdom - Yak and Yeti, I guess. I'd rather go to one of the restaurants at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, though.

Downtown Disney - Portobello

MK-I agree with PP...do the monorail/boat to a resort. We really enjoyed riding the boat to the poly and eating at Kona, then did the monorail on the way back! Fun!! PS-The bread at Kona is AMAZING!!!!!

Epcot-Coral Reef-Aquarium is amazing! We've had one excellent meal, one so-so meal there. I recommend it once for everyone!!

AK-Yak and Yeti-our favorite WDW place!! Love the shrimp lo mein, mango pie!!

DHS-We loved Sci Fi...atmosphere was super cool, and we really enjoyed the Beef and Bleu salad (i got it with ranch instead of the Bleu).

MK - Pass. Grab the monorail and go to Epcot. Don't like anything to eat at MK.

MGM - 50's Prime. The atmosphere is awesome, the food is really good (loved the sampler), and the experience is just fun.

AK - Tusker House. Love the buffett and the character interaction. They spent time with everybody, regardless of if there are kids in the party or not.

Epcot - So hard to pick... So I'd it at Coral San Angel Cellier Edo.

DTD - Toss up between Earl and Wolfgang Express. If I wanted something that's bomb your tummy heavy, Wolfgang Express. Otherwise, Earl.

Magic Kingdom - If I have to stay in the park, I will probably choose Liberty Tree Tavern (but only for lunch, dinner is pre-plated), and I will order New England Pot Roast...Tavern Keeper's Favorite - Braised beef in a Cabernet wine and mushroom sauce served with mashed potatoes and garden vegetables. But I would prefer to leave the park and take the monorail over to the Polynesian and go to dinner at Ohana: Pork fried dumplings, Corriander chicken wings, and Mixed Greens with Honey-Lime dressing. Skewers (prepared over an oak fire): Marinated sirloin steak, Asian BBQ pork loin, Mesquite grilled turkey, and non-peeled shrimp. Accompaniments: broccoli and green peas and pad Thai noodles. Sauces: peanut, chimichurri and sweet-and-sour. Dessert: 'Ohana bread pudding a la mode with Banana Foster sauce.

Epcot - The Coral Reef, definitely. I would order Lobster Ravioli - With rock shrimp, fresh tarragon and lobster cream.

Hollywood Studios - Ummmm, do I have to? I never eat at Hollywood Studios if I can help it, I have never had anything but a disappointing experience here. I guess if I must, I will go to Sci Fi Dine-In just for the experience, and order a Reuben - Corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and 1000 Island dressing on marble rye bread, served with French fries and a pickle spear. But my real recommendation would be to leave the park and take the boat over to the Yacht and Beach Club and go to the Yachtsman Steakhouse. I would then order the Yachtsman Filet Mignon - 8-oz Filet served with mashed potatoes and a Cabernet wine sauce. One of the BEST things I have eaten on WDW property.

Animal Kingdom - Anandapur Yak and Yeti Restaurant. I would order Lettuce Cups - Minced chicken breast, chopped veggies, maple tamarind sauce, and crisp lettuce cups for a starter (MUST have them - yummy!) then have Tempura Shrimp - Chili plum sauce, coconut-ginger rice, and stir-fried veggies.

Down Town Disney - Raglan Road - both for the food and the entertaiment. I would order Kevin's Heavenly Ham - Chef Kevin's signature dish. Oven-roasted loin of ham with an Irish Mist glaze and served with braised cabbage and creamed potato. We'd probably also share a Dalkey Duo - Dalkey battered cocktail sausages, with a Dalkey mustard dipping sauce for starters as well.

Magic Kingdom - The Plaza Restaurant or Kona Cafe At The Plaza, we just get the basic burgers, shakes, fries and it's always delicious. I like dining right on Main Street and it's cheap, so if you aren't on the DDP you only spend a litttttle more than some CS meals. At Kona Cafe, at breakfast I like the Macademia Pancakes and at lunch, I've had the wings and fish tacos. Both were great.

Epcot - San Angel Inn or Flying Fish Cafe We love Mexican food, so spending time at San Angel Inn is usually a must on our trips. The food is good, the drinks are better than good and the atmosphere is usually nice. We have also tried La Hacienda and didn't like it as much. Food was fine, but "theme" left a lot to be desired after eating at SAI. For dinner, we love Flying Fish Cafe at the Boardwalk. Great seafood, great service and just generally a nice spot to get away from the parks for a while.

Hollywood Studios - Sci-Fi Dine In Theater I may actually like the food at the Hollywood Brown Derby more (since it's got my favorite salad) but the theme of the Sci-Fi can't be beat and with the new menu options, I'm actually looking forward to our February ADR for more than the adult milkshakes and yummy onion rings.

Animal Kingdom - Yak & Yeti The egg rolls are some of the best I've had, the fried won-tons are so good if you like cream cheese and it's a nice cool spot to relax for a bit on a park day, especially with as hot as AK gets.

Down Town Disney - Earl of Sandwich Not sure when you're going, but if it's in the fall...two words...Holiday Sandwich. If you're going any other time, the jerk chicken is great, the brownies are yummy and if it's a cool day, their tomato soup is awesome.

Epcot - Via Napoli---pizza

Hollywood Studios - Not a big fan of HS food, but we do like 50s PT--pot roast and milkshakes

Animal Kingdom -Yak and Yeti TS---wok fried green beans, lettuce cups,sweet and sour chicken and the best thing of all...fried wontons!

Down Town Disney - I love Ragland Road and WGPE! At RR I get steak and at WGPE the pizza is really good!

Magic Kingdom - Plaza. Vegetarian sandwich with homemade chips, and the brownie sundae.

Epcot - Le Cellier. Assuming you're not vegetarian (lol,) my bff SWEARS by the filet with mushroom risotto. If you are, I was lucky enough to have pretzel bread and veg cheese soup last time, it was awesome! And then either the maple creme brulee or the chocolate mousse moose.

Hollywood Studios - Probably Sci-Fi; I love the shrimp pasta (no shrimp for me.) Cherry Coke to drink and a shake to go!

Animal Kingdom - We couldn't find anywhere to eat in the park that worked well for me group, due to needing to be on the DDP. If we hadn't been DDP-restricted, we would have gone to Rainforest Cafe for sure, though! They have a salad I love... might even be a side salad, but it's plenty.

L: Liberty Tree Tavern - I liked the New England pot roast.
D: CRT - more for the atmosphere than the food (I had the roasted beef tenderloin). It was fun watching fireworks from inside the castle. It's not the greatest view, but it's a different perspective.

Epcot
L: Le Cellier - the cheddar cheese soup and Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon is my favorite.
D: It was Le Cellier (for the same items), but I've not been here since it became a Signature at dinnertime, so I'll have to see. Second favorite is Les Chefs (onion soup, beef short ribs, and profiteroles).

DHS
L: Sci Fi Diner - watching the bad sci fi is a lot of fun. Again a place more for the atmosphere than the food.
D: Usually head back to Epcot for dinner...

Animal Kingdom
L: Tusker House (for sit down) or Flame Tree (for CS).
D: Park usually closes to early to eat dinner here.

CS: Wolfgang Puck Express. Pizza or Pesto Chicken Sandwich.
TS: Only dined at Cap'n Jacks and Fultons. Can't really recommend either of those.
