What would you do? I have mainly signature dining reservations booked for 3 and now one person is dropping out. Some of the restaurants are totally booked for the days that I want them so I can't just change the number of people, would you just eat the no show fee for that one person to keep what you wanted. Or do you get any break for 2 people showing up but your reservation is for 3?

There's no fee assessed unless the entire party doesn't show up.

If it's not a prepaid reservation (CRT or dinner shows) then just show up without them and say you only have 2. Shouldn't be any problems. If it's a prepaid reservation, call 407 WDW-DINE and they will remove the third person for you.

If your reservation is honored by some in the party, you will not be charged for those who can't come. If you can't change the ADR, I would leave it as is.

Thank you so much - I will leave the reservations alone then. It isn't CRT or any dinner shows - but they did have a credit card hold so I wasn't sure.
