I love these stories
I can remember when my DS was 3, my DH was lying next to him, tucking him in the for the night and they would always profess their love for each other and DH would put it in words he could understand like this:
DS: "I love you bigger than my toy firetruck"
DH: "I love you bigger than my real excavator"
it went on and on like that until they said:
DH: "I love you bigger than the whole wide world!!"
and DS asked:
"what's the world, Daddy?
That innocent little question and look on his face will stay with me forever.
Now....where did that beautiful, sweet and innocent little boy run off too?

There is nothing in this whole world better than children, I thank God for mine every day.
