One of the reasons I used contact us and they don't listen!

I didn't want to be flamed im simply stating that I asked why do i keep getting that back when my question was never answered I asked them that and they send the same thing all the time.

Well, from the looks of it, it seems that it's your writing that is probably getting you those responces. If you set up a mature and well written piece and send it to them, I'm sure they will send something back that may concern the problem (perhaps in 3 months considering how long it takes them to answer the contact us sutff).

But, if in fact, you did send in this problem before, and they did send something back to help, they won't do it again. So (not to be rude), I believe you've lost a few infernos before. I assume you probably wrote to them before regarding that issue, and they sent something back. If the same thing keeps happening, eventually they aren't going to help anymore. They're just going to tell you to live on with it because you should have learned.

I dont blame them for sending you that message in your case. Before I've had issues and I replied back to VMK because their answer didn't help, and I got back that same message - in which where I had to go back to the contact us and restate the problem and tell them what not to tell me.

Also:
Never reply to the mailman @ virtualmagickingdom.com (spaces because I dont want to hyperlink it) unless it says to do so. Any other content should be sent/replied through the contact page because of the way everything is sent out to them.

They never sent anything to help you and so far ive sent 3 mature responses and keep getting that same message.

While I know nothing about this situation, I will say that I have experienced the same problem with getting an email back saying "We feel our previous response answered your question" when the previous email had been from Flynn, asking me for more information. This was all in regards to my messed up code from the Pirates pin set, and I emailed back saying the previous email asked for more information, it didn't answer my question. Few minutes later, I got the same response, telling me they had already answered my question and my request for help was closed.

Long story short, this ended up getting resolved over the phone, and we were told that message is automated. So, my suggestion to anyone experiencing the email run around would be send the issue into Contact Us again, and never reply directly to emails they send you (i.e. don't hit reply because it'll just send your response email into the automated system); it just bounces back as "We've already answered your question." Long, tedious process, but theoretically it should at least get you some response.

What they are saying is, do not use the respond button.
Write down your original message and include whatever information they wanted you to include and send as a new message.

The reply button evidently gets responses that are done by computer, not by a person.

It's things like this (but, not limited to this...) that make people frustrated with you. Taking the extra two seconds you need to type out "used" and "though" will make a world of difference here, in Contact Us, or any other time you're talking to adults.

Exactly. Wood yu take me sersly if I decidedd to typ lik dis?

Jason... if you would like to PM me what happened exactly on how you lost this inferno I will help you write a new letter to contact us.... :grouphug:

Wow I have the freedom to type whatever way I want on the internet.

I'm not going to get into the whole symantics of what happened and how it happened...and I do agree with Lori that some of the responses here could have been said in a much more tactful way.
But I did want to respond to this...

Wow I have the freedom to type whatever way I want on the internet.
Well yes and no. First of all, how your type or say things is dependent on where you're typing/saying it. Some sites don't allow "internet speak", for example. But that's an entirely different issue, so I'm just going to speak on the here and now. You are absolutely right that in most cases when online, you can type and speak in the manner that suits you best. However, in the case of complaints or trying to get issues resolved, part of helping your situation is to type in a clear and concise manner. It gets your point across in a much more dignified manner and people are more likely to give it more consideration because of the time you took to make it grammatically correct, correctly spelled, polite and courteous. While obviously it's ok to describe your emotions in the letter, the letter should not be emotionally charged. When you're on here, or even playing in the game, have fun with your internet speak. But in situations like this, it's best to make sure that your letter is properly written. I hope that helps. :thumbsup2

The people from whom you want something also have the freedom to read that "whatever" you want to type, and then disregard you.

You are getting good advice from your fellow members. You should follow it.

Jason, I hope you took Laurabearz up on her kind offer. I'm sure your message is not being fully understood by those who have read it. You need to clearly submit the details every time you use contact us. I'm sure you would get a better response if your messages were written better.

jasonpwns im sorry. I myself have had a few problems with the contact us and mostly with this "VMK_Shorty". Sometimews i find him helpful the others I am screaming at the computer....

Feel your pain,

Check that out I sent them for that reason and they still sent the same response message!

I mean come on I told them it was rude to do it and they did anyways!
just to let you know if you send too many messages to them like over 3 of them and they give you that response and it is on the same topic they will ban you from getting their emails @_@ happened to me when my entire account got stolen by my best friend... who still wont give it back... anyways if you dont get it within a month then there is no use because I got a message on a side account that I used to report my friend with and they sent that they don't keep records over 6 weeks, so if you dont get it back then... no use in trying to get it back...

Lily found the record way after 6 weeks more like 5 months

3 pages and yet we are still without a good story on how he lost the inferno. I'm not surprised he doesn't have any answer, if what he has told us is everything he sent Contact Us.

This is exactly what I'm thinking... How did you lose your inferno?
