It never has I never got my inferno back you kno you site isn't very player
friendly either I mean I am a kid and I was in tears when someone robed my
Dancing Inferno Magic Pin and I guess you don't know I am a kid? Well I am.!

yea i sent them a proposal about 2 pages long of things they should do to improve vmk and i think she sent back exactly this "We will consider your suggestions carefully" I didnt expect that short of an answer, but i think i got a better response then u did. I also have recieved nothing else from them concerning the matter.
 
How did someone "rob" you of your inferno?

I have a few comments on this, all are given without offense...
First, VMK must have to go through several hundred complaints a day- please cut them some slack.
Also, please check your grammar and spelling before you send in a complaint. It not only makes my eye twitch (;) ) but it also makes the staff's job much harder.

Second, VMK Staff are very very very very very very very very very very very very far from being miracle workers. If you claim that your inferno has been stolen, they can't just go back in time (the only time machines in existence are in Disney World) and see exactly what happen and then give you an inferno and your chat log has probably gone to the Big White Glove in the Sky. It's unfair, I know, but that brings me to my next point...

Third, how was your inferno "robbed?" Since this is an online game, people can't reach into your avatar's pocket and take a pin out (;) ). You've certainly been on long enough to avoid most scams- try explaining this scam in more detail.

Fourth, it seems like we are only getting one half of the story. What were the other letters you gave to VMK?

Fifth, VMK Staff cannot be 100% sure about whether you're a kid or not ;)

Sixth (this is a really long post :laughing: ), chastising the Staff will not get you what you want. Trust me, I speak from experience. As much as they may deserve it at times, VMK is a tyranny and will forever remain that way :lmao:

I hope that clears some stuff up, I'm sorry about your inferno.
 

I don't think this is the first time I recall you having this issue, it seems you would have figured out how not to lose, delete, sell, accidentaly trade or give away your nferno by now. In Two years I have never had inferno, yet from past trades it appears you have had possibly as many as 8 or more and i think this is the 3rd time you claim to have some how been cheated out of it. At some point you have to learn, VMK is not going to continually correct this issue for you. I am sorry if indead you did lose it but pull it together man.

What I wonder is this: How do you accidently trade or give away something?

While I know nothing about this situation, I will say that I have experienced the same problem with getting an email back saying "We feel our previous response answered your question" when the previous email had been from Flynn, asking me for more information. This was all in regards to my messed up code from the Pirates pin set, and I emailed back saying the previous email asked for more information, it didn't answer my question. Few minutes later, I got the same response, telling me they had already answered my question and my request for help was closed.

Long story short, this ended up getting resolved over the phone, and we were told that message is automated. So, my suggestion to anyone experiencing the email run around would be send the issue into Contact Us again, and never reply directly to emails they send you (i.e. don't hit reply because it'll just send your response email into the automated system); it just bounces back as "We've already answered your question." Long, tedious process, but theoretically it should at least get you some response.
 
I think many of you could have phrased responses with a bit more diplomacy. ;)

Anyway, I tried to give VMK via Contact Us a date and a time frame to investigate my own stupid blunder of filling a quest machine higher than we're supposed to. It wasn't until AFTER I lost my stuff that I read that the quest machines shouldn't be used for storage or you'll lose stuff. (I lost a LOT of items, thankfully not my inferno.)

But even though I thought perhaps they had a way of finding out what I put in before the quest bug ate half my stuff, VMK had not responded to me.

So Jason, live and learn. You're not going to get the Inferno back.
So please do yourself a big favor and move on.
 
I didn't want to be flamed im simply stating that I asked why do i keep getting that back when my question was never answered I asked them that and they send the same thing all the time.
