We bought our mugs in August, so they are not that old. I went to pour a drink in a mug, and the handle was completely broken.
It's disconnected on the top end of where it's supposed to connect to the mug. I have no idea how that happened.
Anyway, I'm wondering if this is a freak thing or if other people have had problems with mug handles breaking. It was my dd's mug (hers was the only one with the gray handle), but we did buy 3 others so she can use one of the other ones. But, still--I'm sorry that it broke at all and so soon after our trip. She'll be sad. I'm going to encourage her to still use the mug as a pencil holder or something so it's not a total loss.
I wish that there were still a choice between the "chunky" mugs and the travel mugs, as we like the chunky ones better.
