If I already have say 160 points at SSR and add on another 50 at BWV does that mean I have 2 home? Will I qualify for the 11 month booking at BWV as well as SSR?

You will qualify for the 11 month booking but only for the 50 points. You can combine them at 7 months.

If you bank and borrow and use the 50 every three years that would give you 150 points at the 11 month window.

Thanks. Is it usually hard to get a month 7 booking at the BWV or BCV during the F & W festival and the halloween festivities? I would usually be looking for a studio or a 1 br.

If you are somewhat flexible with your dates you'll be fine for now. I was able to get a 2BR at the 7 month mark this year at the BWV for the week ending on Columbus Day (which is at the height of both).
