ONE month to go!!

It's been a year in the making and I'm terrified something is going to happen that will screw it up (kids getting a stomach bug comes to mind).

I'm getting excited though! My family is excited. It should be awesome (I hope).

we have just over one month to go too! I am glad to be on this side of the trip, instead of the post-trip-blues side. I hope your kids and my kids stay well and healthy!!!!

We leave tomorrow. My DD started getting a sore throat on Sunday so I started vitamin C twice a day. Monday we started cold medicine and today- TH she is feeling good. Her throat sounds raspy still but she says she feels really good. That was my fear too illness- we are driving 16 hours and was afraid that she would contaminate everyone else.

We also leave in about a month and are really excited. DD pulls the mickey head off the countdown calendar every morning and annouces how many days we have left!

We've both been sick for over a week and it doesn't seem to be dissipating at all. I'm really hoping that we start to improve or this may hang around until we leave. Its very contagious too so be careful everyone...I was only around my mother for a few minutes and now she has it.
