One Minute Candy For You!

I was going through out photos from 2003 and saw a photo of the Japanese lady in EPCOT doing that candy art (forgot the name) and she must have said one thousand times, One Minute Candy For You! (with her little song). She would make a type of taffy candy and shape it into any animal, flower or something else.
The Japanese lady was asking people to think of original things for her to make because all the kids kept saying, I want a pink dog, I want a blue cat...So I told my daughter that when it's our turn, she better pick something other than a dog....Finally it was our turn...what does she do?
"I'll have a black dog"...
I got a pink flamingo.

Is she still doing this?

Miyuki is still doing her incredible works of art in candy. She's amazing, isn't she? And I have to laugh every time she says, "Shiny candy, YUM YUM, for YOU!"

DS has been luckier than any kid should be in getting a number of candies from Miyuki. He's had the dragon a number of times, a penguin, a snake, and I can't think of what else. We've also seen the unicorn, a few kinds of birds, a horse, a dog, I think we saw a cat once, a mouse, a kangaroo (if I remember correctly), and I'm sure we've seen others. She's one we never want to miss, even if it's only for the pleasure of watching her work.

We will have to find this lady! If we miss her in August maybe we can find her in December.
