oh that would be nice...b/c if I get all As i get a 5.8 but without band i would have 6.0...but then some ppl take more electives than classes(like senior year)so i dont think it would work out right

oh Ive taken every Honor Class i can possibly take!


do yall if you graduate in the top 10% of your class you get into any state college automatically?

Here it is the top 4%. Then you automatically get into a UC, not your choice though. So instead of UCLA or Berkeley, you could get accepted automatically to like UC Merced or something.

Well I didn't get into any state schools automatically, but I did get in and got full scholarships, yay!

If you want to go to UCLA or anywhere you don't get in automatically to, you have to apply normally.

I've never evven heard of UC Merced.

There's no guarantees like that for the SUNY system.

It is brand new, I think it is opening in like 2003 or something. I could be wrong though.

lol i havent heard of UC Merced either!

my dream school is NYU but I cant go...25,000 a year for tution is a lot! I woudl also love to go to USC..yeah another school with lots of money! :sigh:

I would love to go to NYU, but unless I get lots of financial aid and scholarships, I will probably end up at a UC...which isn't that bad really.
