I respect both of your decisions. The boards have been a wreck, and both of you have tried to fix it. Some people, I guess just don't like the fact that you've actually tried. I'll miss reading your posts.

Since I am more of a community board person, I am rarely here. But when the occasional debate on here opens up, or you post on the CB, I truly do perk up and listen what you have you to say. You will be sincerely missed.

This sounds like when I decided to stop being on VMK so much. I will pop in everynow and then to say hi, but like you, I was disenchanted.

For somepeople who arent getting why they left:

Do you ever buy a new cd and that's all you listen to 24/7 for weeks and weeks?
Doesn't it get boring after a while?
And sure, you'll pull it out and enjoy the memories it brought you every once in a while but it still doesn't have the magic that it had the first 198328 times you listened to it.

I think thats how Shelby feels about the DIS.

I know exactly why I stopped being as active. I said so in the OP.

I was saying that I've seen her reference several times to a post she made directed towards me. And I'm sorry, but that is not what pushed me to leaving. I said it in the OP, I answered a PM she sent me with it, I answered it here. I don't want her to think she's the one that pushed me to leave.

Shelby is leaving. She has all the right in the world not to tell us all why. Actually, it's none of our business, and we're lucky she stayed around this long. If she says there's no particular reason she left, or that it's no one in particular, then that's it. End of story.

Jenny, you obviously (for some reason) DISlike Shelby. I see that...it's very clear. You don't have to. You can hate her guts, but this doesn't have to get ugly. Shelby has JUST as much right as you do to post, or not to post here. It's simple as that. That obviously isn't good enough for you...it should be....Shelby's saved this from happening for two years. She's done her job, she's been a great tribute to the TB. What more is there to say? Your going to have to deal. If you don't like someone somebody says, Don't reply!

I am sorry to hear you guys are leaving. I just started to read the TB more, so I never got to know you guys, and I'm sad I proabably won't get too. I have no idea what you guys are talking about with the "one day" and all that stuff, because I've been gone, but you'll be missed. =]
