One last MEGA WDW trip before we adopt 3 under the age of 3!!! Sept '11 *new 9/30*

I am so exited that those little boys are going to be a part of your family officially! It's great that you didn't get any resistance from their bio parents.

Your Harry Potter day looks like so much fun! I can't remember, are you guys going to check out Harry Potter Land at Universal this trip?

Poor Elsa! That is no fun. It is one thing to have a broken bone during the school year, but for summer vacation it just stinks! (And I know, I had a broken arm one summer, back in the day!)

We are so excited to get this adoption done! :cool1:

We are going to the WWoHP and can't wait...we are big Harry Potter geeks!

:cheer2::cheer2:Congrats on the good news! Hopefully Elsa feels better soon! :cheer2::cheer2:

Her hand is feeling better and the swelling is down, the bruising is still insane, but it is definitely healing!

First Congratulations with the babies! I'm glad that things are going very easy for you.
Poor Elsa! She must be upset to spent summer worrying about her broker finger. Tell her to get well soon!

I will tell her!

Congratulations on the adoption! What a wonderful growing family you have! :grouphug:

What a fantastic party! Did you do all those decorations? I love how you used the HP font for the food & beverages :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Poor Elsa! I hope she wasn't too bummed about her finger! :flower3:

My friend Tim brought the glass bottles and they added so much to the ambiance! Michael and I had so much fun putting the rest of the decorations together, either by crafting or purchasing off of Amazon :rotfl:

I found you!! I'm caught up!!! Stupid DIS hiatus, never again! Takes way too long to get caught up. :rotfl2:

I am so excited for your family and the adoption. :goodvibes

Can you please come paint my nails? :lmao:

Happy to have you back! You fly me in and I will paint whatever you want! :lmao:

Congrats on being paid in full im hoping to be paid in full by christmas lol and congrats on being able to adopt three siblings that is always special

Congrats!!!! I thought I was done with the payment... I paid ours off little while ago but we have next trip Aug 2012. That trip is expensive since we decided to do split stay at Poly/YC. I'm slowly paying those off. But there's nothing like paying the trip off. I feel like it's all set and nothing could change it! :dance3::yay::banana::cheer2:

Old Faithful indeed! I signed my first set of (MANY) adoption papers for the older 2 boys yesterday! It will probably take 3-4 months to become finalized.

There is a hiccup on Baby N being fully freed for adoption. It is nothing alarming, just time consuming...so it looks like we will have 2 separate adoptions. Just more to celebrate in the future!

EXACTLY
ONE
MONTH
LEFT!!!!

For these next 30 days I will be posting daily a fun picture or story from our Disney days!

We are getting pretty excited!

UP NEXT: MEMORIES

The year is 2007. I am newly divorced (after a two year legal battle when my husband decided after 10 year of marriage and two kids that this just wasn't for him :sad2:) My dad gifted all of the people in this photo (my family, my sister and my brother) with a 5 day trip to Disney!

This was Michael and Elsa's first trip to Disney and it was magical :goodvibes

And woohoo, you have less than a month to go! :woohoo:

Smartest Thing To Do 30 Days Out

...we got a puppy. :rotfl:

We had gotten a Great Dane/Golden Retriever mix puppy in early 2008 and named him Oscar. Oh how we loved that puppy!

Oscar is on the left:

A year and a half later I went in for emergency back surgery and we knew we could no longer give Oscar the best home. I was on bed rest for almost 5 months and he was too big for the kids to walk every day on their own. I once saw Oscar drag Elsa across the back yard on her bum. Michael and Elsa did the best they could, but it was essential that we find him a new home. Thankfully that home is at my sister and her husbands house! This means he is in a completely loving home and we get to see him every time we visit my family! :cloud9:

Elsa has been angling for a puppy ever since I got off of bed rest in February 2010. 5 days after my bed rest ended the county called us to take in the boys, so we have been a bit busy since then. A little over 4 months ago, right before baby N was born, we were moments away from taking in a little pug/pomeranian mix. 2 of my "non-dog" friends talked me out of it. They made a lot of sense to me. We had a newborn due any day, baby C has been terribly sick, E is a high needs 2 year old that needed to start potty training, I am single...and the list goes on. We called the SPCA and withdrew our application. We were sad. :sad1:

During the past 4 months, Elsa and I have been researching and deciding exactly what kind of puppy would suit our family. We decided on a Puggle. Well, we got real serious about looking for one this last month. We wanted one that looked more Beagle than Pug, and one that was tri-colored instead of the classic single colored fawn Pug. We were even considering having one flown from across state if we could find what we were looking for.

Well, I happened upon exactly what we were looking for and only 1 hour from our house!!!! I called them and within 8 hours of them listing the puppies they had already sold 5 of the 8 in the litter. :scared1: I went out first thing in the morning and brought home Sir Charles Bentley IV yesterday! We are in love!!!!

Small enough to fit through our baby gates:

We call him Charlie :lovestruc My parents had a cat they named Sir Charles Bentley III, they called him Chuck. There never was a I or II Sir Charles...but the name lives on.

Congrats on new puppy. I'm pretty sure Charlie would give you and your kids lots of fun moments and love. :lovestruc

We got our puppy when I was senior in high school. Well, he stipp lives with us. After 20 years, he's old and grey but still a bundle of love. And I'm glad that DS shared the same memory with me.

Oh my goodness, Charlie is the sweetest little puppy I have EVER seen. :goodvibes

I can't get over how little your kiddos look in the picture from 2007! Wow!!
