I agree, the maintenance guy likely wouldn't know about those kinds of plans this far in advance.

But just for the sake of discussion, a water park area could just mean one of those kiddie areas where they can splash around in fountains and such.

I believe every park except AK has one of these, thus it would make some sense to add one somewhere. Dinoland would be my choice.

Add the downturn in tourism to the rumours list, Disney couldn't afford to keep it open when crowd levels dipped after 9/11.
