one day with 5 year old which park?

We leave Monday for our disney vacation and just got free one day passes to universal. i was hoping we could do both parks but these passes only allow entrance to one park. so which park more appeals to a 5 year old. she loves spongebob and other nick shows. she has no clue what harry potter is. i am trying to look up as much as i can but it points me in different directions.

I would probably go for Universal Studios, with Jimmy Neutron, Shrek, ET, Barney, Woody Woodpecker and Curious George it probably just has the edge over the Suess Landing area at Islands Of Adeventure.

I agree with previous posters. Even though Spiderman (at IOA) was her favorite ride and she loves Harry Potter as DD7 put it "There is more for little kids to do at Universal." There are great characters there too (Spongebob, Scooby, Dora, Diego, Curious George, Madagascar characters...)
