Yes.You just can't go to another park.You can enter and exit the sa,e park as many times as you wish

If you leave the park and come back, do you have to pay for parking again or do you just have to pay once a day?

Just once you pay for parking and if you had park hoppers you could even not pay at a different park. The parking fee is a RIP OFF but they only rip you off once a day ($14).
