One Day Tickets and FP+

My DD will be in Orlando this week. Planning on going to DTD Monday night to get their one day park hopper pass and actually going to parks on Wednesday. There are 8 people going. Can Guest relations set up any FP Monday night? Do they have to set up MDE and link all 8 passes? Or do they just go on Wednesday and go to the FP+ kiosk and do it that day? They are going at rope drop. Say they go to the first park and don't need FP for rides if crowd is low. Can they get FP at the next park at the first park? I know the answer is probably no. Any advice for one day visitors?

1- They should be able to at least assist in the guest(s) doing so themselves that Monday night after buying the tickets.

2- Yes.

3- They CAN do that, but why not do so a few days before?

4- Nope. (But CM's carrying iPads at/near the FP+ kiosks can.)
If they have NOT set up any FP+ at the first park that day, they can use
a smart phone and set up FP+ for any other park that day.

5- Buy tickets early, and set up FP+.
