One Day PH ticket

We are going in 4 weeks, DS and I have power pass, DW needs a ticket and its $112 for a PH one day ticket, I thought she could get the power pass but when I called Universal they said its only for a Florida resident.

Has anyone who isn't a Florida resident able to buy the power pass AP or is there a better option then $112 for a one day PH.

They used to have a 3 day non expiring pass but I don't think they have that anymore.

We are only going for one day and need a PH.

Sorry. I had a power pass two years ago. Back then anyone could buy one. Now, you must be a Florida resident. I would have bought one again in a second.

If there is a Costco in your area, and you are a member or know a Costco member who can buy the tickets for you, and you are considering going back before the end of 2013, check for the 3 day nonconsecutive use 2-park tickets, they're about $130.

Universal doesn't have the non-expiring tickets any longer and as the PP stated, Power Passes are only for FL residents now. Did you check at your local AAA office? Sometimes they will have discount tickets. If you had a Preferred AP you could purchase the additional ticket at a discount but Power Passes don't offer discounts on other tickets.
