QUICK....need ideas

So we have a trip planned from Oct 19-24....well the 24th is my Birthday. We are leaving that day in the morning. Just get up relax a bit and leave to go home.

Well last night hubby looked at me and said WITHIN reason what do you want to do. Stay another night at a different hotel (he already tried talking to the company we are using--staying off site since we have 7 people and trying to save a little) Just go into the park that day............

I don't know.

We have a 4 day park hopper (AP for my direct family) Now I have all days booked with FP even on the day of the NSSHP. So if your spouse said this whole idea what would you do.

Let me also say he couldn't book anything because I would find out do to all the accounts are connected and he is afraid he would mess something up as I am the Disney guru.

I'm not sure if I understand your question. Are you asking about staying offsite or are you asking about staying another day?

If you can take another day off of work and your finances allow it, I always say stay!

What about doing something outside the parks. Maybe go over to Disney spings for a great lunch and treat from a bakery to celebrate. Then see if you could get a reservation at poly or grand Floridian for a birthday dinner followed by fireworks on the beach??? It would be a relaxing end to your trip......if you are a spa girl maybe you could even fit in a treatment between the meals as DS is near SSR and dinner near GF senses....and hubby could always order a cake to be delivered during dinner.....

I vote YES! Stay another day.

It's always tempting to stay another day. Contemplating the same thing for our trip next month... The trips never seem to last as long as you want them to.

I would add another day of possible. My birthday is Oct 20th and for this upcoming trip, our travel day is that day. My wife thought I was crazy. I didn't care because I was going to be at Disney for the next 7 days.

We will do something but what? Too many choices. We are thinking of still leaving at this point but much later in the day.
