Have a park hopper from 1995 with one day left...it was from the times when they had photos on the pass. I was a great deal younger then, but wondering if I can still use this?

Yes, but don't, UNLESS you are only needing to visit the WDW parks for 1-3 days this trip.

If you are going to want to visit the parks on 4 or more days this trip, you would be wasting
your old ticket by making it worth only about $3-$6.

OTOH, if you need to PARK HOP on only one day, you could use your ticket on that day and it would then automatically be worth an extra $52, or so.

This ticket stuff can be tricky! ;)

Yes, we're going to be in FL for the shuttle launch and only have one day at Disney, so we planned on going to Disney Studios.

THEN I saw how ridiculously expensive one-day tickets were! So I started searching and found mine. So for the purposes of this trip, it's worth about $80!

So glad it's still useful, thanks!

Robo, don't the tickets have to be non-expiring? Maybe the ones back then were non-expiring?

I thought if they weren't non-expiring that one had 14 days to use up all the days before it was worthless?

They were all non expiring back then....but I never heard of the phot pic on the ticket before. We went in 95, 97 and 99 and didn't have photos on our tickets. 95 might've been one day though. I have 3 tickets with one day left on each with hoppers from 99.

They absolutely had pictures on them. Orange with black and white pictures on them.

Ummmm.... I'd say either 94/95 did, for sure.

Not 97 or 99.

Our 1995 5-day tickets had our pictures on them. They are great souvineers.

We had those photo tickets and they were still valid. We also had some very old dark aqua blue tickets where they stamped the admission date each day the ticket was used and kids tickets and adults tickets looked the same - no names were on them so anyone could use them. And to return to the park, they stamped your hand with those stamps (different character each day) that use ink that can be seen under ultraviolet light.
For both those types of tickets, any multi-day ticket was non-expiring. I would keep forgetting to bring our ticket when we went to Disney, so we had a lot of 5 & 7 day tickets with one or two days used. We finally used all but two tickets which belong to our daughter - waiting for her to go to Disneyand use them.
You do have to change those tickets in at guest services for the new ticket that can go through the machine.

I definitely had these.. I made a trip back in 95 (June of 95) and the tickets weren't on the room key - I forget why .. guess I didn't get a package .. anyway they had a little pen camera they would hold up to take your picture at the ticket booth when you acquired the tickets

ANd this ugly grainy black and white pic would print in the square box on the ticket.

It was way worse than the DMV ever thought of being .. ;)

I still have a 5-day from 1992 that has a day left on it. One of these days, I'll use it, hopefully at DL.

I think that sounds cool though!
