I have been to Universal about 7 times and I really just want to hit the main attractions, Forbidden Journey, Jurassic Park, Spiderman, Mummy, Men in Black, Simpsons ride, ET, Rip Ride Rockit, and Despicable Me. I can either stay two days at Universal, or one day at Universal and one day at Disney. do you think I could hit all the big attractions in a day since I know my way around the park and such?

Sounds possible, but depends on several factors including how much time you have, how big your party is, if you're willing to do single-rider, if you're staying on site, how crowded it is, etc. If you've been 7 times you probably have a feeling yourself. ;)

And the time of year is important too but it shouldn't be an issue...the OP is experienced.

My family stays at my Aunts condo in Daytona Beach. So we never stay onsite. We always go in the single riders line. We are going at the VERY end of July
