One bedroom at OKW for cost of studio

I have a reservation for a one bedroom at OKW for January 20th through January 26th. Since I will be unable to use the reservation, I will let it go for the price of a studio, $720.
(The cost of the one bedroom is $1440.)

If anyone is interested, please let me know. All I need to do is change the name on the reservation.
