Hi, everyone! It's so great checking in on this challenge and seeing all the awesome losses!!

I had a good week. I exercised every day! I'm down 8 more pounds. I also grabbed a new clippie!!

My stats now are: 224/206/199

I finally saw some movement on the scales this week and lost 2.75 pounds! That puts me at:

Things have been slow again, but I've started doing the WATP 2 mile tape. It's not as bad as I dreaded. In fact, it was kind of fun.

ONDERland is still within reach by Christmas.

I lost exactly 5 pounds in two weeks. I only weigh myself every two weeks, it just does better for me that way. So my stats are...238/207/199

I feel so great about myself now. 31 pounds....WOW!!

Do you all have any pd to spare? I need some for the rest of this week!! I'll be out of town at a conference til Friday and I'm going to try to stay on plan as much as possible.

I'm starting to get worried...my loss has been slow for the last few weeks. This week I'm down one pound, which brings me to:

228/209/199.

I really don't want to go back to induction levels throughout the holidays, so I'm going to step up my exercise with the hope that it will push me to lose 10 pounds by Christmas. Wish me luck!

I stayed the same, unfortunately. ONDERland by Christmas is reallly iffy. Now I'm 228/206/199. I'm sure there will be a lot of us really close. After Thanksgiving, we'll all have to "tighten our belts" and work a little harder.
