I am seeing all over FB this info below. Does anyone know anything about it specific to DVC? @Sandisw since you are a travel agent maybe you have some info on this?

Disney just dropped a HUGE secret perk for Deluxe Resort guests!
Starting August 11, all Deluxe Resort guests can now book Minnie Van service to and from MCO, no more Club Level requirement

✅
$199 each way
✅
Seats up to 6 guests in a Chevy Suburban or Traverse
✅
Includes 2 complimentary car seats (forward- or rear-facing)
✅
Driven by Disney Cast Members — safe, reliable, & magical
✅
Accessible Minnie Vans available (can fit 2 wheelchairs or ECVs + up to 4 passengers)
✅
Operates daily from approx. 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM
✅
Only available to Deluxe Resort guests (yes, Coronado Club Level counts!)

You cannot book airport transfers in the app. To reserve it, you’ll need to call Disney’s Signature Services directly.

As someone with two small kids, IF we were flying (we never would be), I would definitely pre-arrange this especially inbound to WDW - and especially especially if it were at an odd time (early in the AM or late at night).... Yes it is more expensive, but it would be worth it for the peace of mind.

Once at the resort, however, I cannot imagine using Minnie Vans... and potentially wouldn't want/use it on the way back...

I use Minnie Vans to and from MCO to YC since they don’t require a 3 hour return to the airport. Always texting and communicating with you. Nice quite ride unless you engage with Disney stuff. Complementary waters, candy etc…. Nice touch. Is it worth the $199 each way. Pricey but I like the extra perks (time) and I never need to worry about predictably.

Tiffany Towncar is $235 round trip Mini Van, and $275 SUV ( also not a traverse as that would be a squeeze for 6 ) and operates 24 hours ( $20 extra 10pm to 6am) so a late flight will not strand you.

Cast and Crew would be about $280 round trip with car seats and 6 people. Also $20 to $30 surcharge for late nights but will pick you up after hours.

You have to call both about W/C but they will work it out.

I wonder if the mini van has the deal with the airport that they have the parking outside baggage claim and come and get you and your bags?

ETA: I have used both for more than 10 trips and would recommend both, I now prefer Tiffany since they have a less expensive town car option for 1 or 2 people and they let me pay via credit card in advance. I don't want to be paying for the ride when my parents are in the car as they always want to chip in. Both will arrange a grocery store stop for around $20. Cast and Crew has newer SUV's if that is something that is important to you.

Also I think this is probably some bum/stale info from wherever that text came from that probably copied from the pre-Covid Minnie Van airport service info from the time. I’m almost certain their inventory of those original Traverse vehicles were cycled out, replaced with Suburbans.

Do they do grocery stops? I have only used Mini vans to water parks.

We don’t need a grocery stop so not something I’ve totally paid attention to, but I don’t recall that being an offered option either in the pre Covid times or now. (I used the airport runs frequently pre Covid and have a few times since it was brought back for CL guests)

We would use this when we travel all 6 of us with needing a car seat. For us it’s not about the money it’s about the specialness of the whole thing.

We wouldnt use this when it’s just the 3 of us. For that we will use a typical Lyft. We did use a private car once from gear fusion and it didn’t feel any better than using a Lyft.
