Once Was Enough.

Here are my one time only stuff:

Country bear jamboree
stitchs great escape
Circle of life at the land
backlot tour
tom sawyer island
liberty belle riverboat

Garden Grill
Mama Melrose (except the cheesecake)

There is only one attraction that I won't see again:

Honey I Shrunk the Audience

There is nothing redeeming about that show, and it is too loud for napping.

Drew Carey's show is awful, but without the headphones it is a great place for a cool air conditioned break.

There is no restaurant that I wouldn't eat at again, they have all been pleasant, either the food was good, the characters interaction was good, or the atomosphere was pleasant. As for price, no place in WDW is worth the money you pay, if you can get over that , then your dining can be more pleasant.

There is only one dinner show I will not do again and that is Mickey's Backyard BBQ, that was a truely awful experience. The luau was boring but not tourturous, so I could, if pressed, do it again.

Resorts: We will not do CBR again, the buses there are too messed up. We prob will never do another moderate for that reason.

Epcot
Nemo & Friends - we would only do this again if there was less than 15 minute wait and we had kids with us who hadn't been on it before

DHS
Sounds Dangerous - DH likes Drew Carey but won't go near this again
Lights Motor Action Stunt Show - once is enough
Sci-Fi Dine-In - I really like Sci-Fi, but the food selection was not worth going again

AK
Nemo show - this was OK, but I REALLY liked Tarzan Rocks and really miss it!

I've liked all the resorts I've stayed at.

There are a few things I haven't done since I was there in the 80's and haven't made time in the last 12 trips:
Tom Sawyer Island, the Liberty Square Riverboat, and Indy Speedway

Tiki birds--the new version is so annoying!
Stitch--boring
If it were up to me I would never ride Imagination again, but the kids like it so...

We've NEVER done Country Bears and I don't think we will. Never done Stitch.

MK:
We won't do SFR Treehouse again. We even skipped the Jungle Cruise last time and no one said "hey, what about the Jungle Cruise?" Speedway--no way again.

Epcot:
Circle of Life
Movies in Canada and China--at least in France you get to sit down in a nice, cool theater. Its not fun to stand in Canada and China.

DHS:
Indy--fun once, don't need it again
Lights, Motors--been there, done that, done!
Backlot tour--only if we need a rest from walking
Mama Melrose--not our type of food at all and I don't know why!! Just didn't like it.

AK:
I could do without Kilimanjaro Safari. We rarely see animals out and I can't stand the whole big Red/little Red thing. Drives me crazy.

Snow White's Scary Adventures.

Who IS the target audience for this ride? It scares the bejesus out of the little ones and is too lame for rest of us.

KJ

My girls have been riding this since they were in diapers and have never been frightened :confused3 so some kids do like it.

We don't really have an attitude of "once is enough forever" about anything at WDW.

This is how I feel too. We have made 16 trips since 2000 so it is not like we try to do everything on one trip. But I wouldn't count anything out forever. Having said that, we have seen Stitch's Great Escape one time, the year it debuted, and haven't been back. I would go to see it again though if my girls wanted to.

DH watched Sounds Dangerous once and his opinion was so low that the rest of us just never even tried it.

I didn't care for Rafiki's Planet Watch (train and petting area), but I would take the girls back if they wanted to go.

We probably will never stay at Ft. Wilderness Cabins again, mainly because DH didn't like it. The rest of us did.

We won't visit Fulton's Crab House again.

We've been to Sci-Fi a few times but once would have been enough for me. The prices are high for food that is, at best, mediocre. Same thing with Tony's....we went once and that was more than enough! Although we ate there for dinner and several people have said that lunch there is much better so MAYBE I'll give it another try!

The only resort that I feel that way about is Caribbean Beach. We stayed there back in 2004 and although I like the resort itself, it was just too crowded, too noisy, and too spread out. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the cafeteria and when I got there it was over crowded and so loud I got serious headaches...Not the best way to start off your Disney Mornings! Of course, that was in the middle of July so again, MAYBE I'll give it another try if we go during a slower time of year.

Flying Fish resturaunt at the Boardwalk. Waiter was very hard to understand and the food was a bit too exotic for my taste. Guess I'm just a good old country boy from Missouri, but it's not something I care to try again.

I'm pretty surprised by some of the answers! Things like Small World, Carousel of Progress, the Tomorrowland Speedway, etc. are, to us, all classics which we would never miss!

The only thing I won't go on again is the original version of Mission Space. It was fine and all, but the headache I had for the next hour just isn't worth it to me. I'll gladly try the green version this summer.

Otherwise I love WDW and I'll never say never (again)!

:)

Country Bear Jamboree. The last time I saw this was because it was my dad's favorite thing. It had been 15 years since I last saw it. Then I just went and saw it this past trip. I'm good for at least 15 more years or the rest of my life.

Let's see:

Illuminations
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Yacht Club resort
Nemo (Epcot)
Pirate & Princess--fireworks were awesome though

  • Stitch’s Great Escape—enough said
  • The Boardwalk Inn –wasn’t overly horrible, but not worth returning to
  • Tarzan rocks—once was enough
  • Nemo show at AK—left before it was over
  • Backlot Tour—was glad we did it, but I wouldn’t do it again unless someone else wanted to
  • Cinderella’s carousel—just a car soul ride and much shorter than any other one. I’ll do that with the kids at the zoo or the mall
  • Swiss Family Tree House—good, should see, but once pretty much covers it for a lifetime

Things I’ve never done for whatever reason that I’ve read mentioned (not counting resorts):
  • Drew Carey’s Sound Dangerous (didn’t they do away with that not too long ago?)
  • Honey I shrunk the Audience
  • Mission Space
  • Rainforest Café—I can eat there anytime, why waste the time at WDW?
  • American Adventure
  • Tony’s Town Square
  • Sci-Fi Drive-in
  • Journey Into Narnia
  • Kali River Rapids (I just HATE to get wet on rides)
  • O Canada
  • Mama Melrose
  • Fulton’s Crab House

POR/POFQ - it was ok but I wouldn't go back
Cape May Buffet for dinner (gone twice, both times not great - no more)
Pleasure Island
Muppets 3-D - just not that into them - once was enough

Hoop De Doo Revue-Do not need to do that again.

Lights, Motors, Action show-Not that great of a show and the stadium is soooo hot.

Conservaton Station at AK-Kind of boring.

Narnia thing at HS-Just stupid-not really an attraction.

Tony's-Used to go there alot for breakfast, now its horrible.

Sit down restaurant at CBR-Service was slow, food was bad.

There are a lot of things I don't really want to do again but I will if other people in my party want to do them : Country Bear, Hall of Pres., Stitch, Jungle Cruise, the movies at world showcase, ferryboat, Kali(in cold weather).

I totally agree, from going for so many years, now we just do what we love and prefer. This past trip, a family reunion we did all of MK with 1 4yrs (1st time) 1 8yrs, 1 11yrs. I hadn't done the Cindarella's Carousel, Dumbo, ISMW, or Peter Pan, probably since before 2000 but it was fun to do it with them and see them enjoy it!

Not really tons of stuff I wouldn't do again..

Rainforest Cafe.. theres one near where I live.. and it's not as overpriced as the disney one.. just too many other restaurants to try besides it.. especially now that yak and yeti is open

I haven't read this one yet.. but this is one I most likely won't do again unless someone in my party insists upon it.. Fantasmic.. it was good and everything.. but at the end of it.. I just felt wet.. getting out of the stadium thingy was madness.. too crowded.. again.. like rainforest cafe.. just not something i would do.. so many other things in mgm to try.. not something I would CHOOSE to do (i could be forced into it however)
