Great episode!

I figured that August spent the $ on himself. Pinocchio was always ignoring that conscience.

It sounded like Emma didn't completely leave Hook behind. She mentioned something to Snow/ Mulan/ Aurora about giving them a head start. I think the giant is to let him go after this time and that he will show up in Storybrook. I certainly hope so - what a great character!

If Aurora and Henry are seeing each other in the same dream because of the sleeping curse I think they will end up making contact with each other. When aurora tells Snow (who I think still has the dreams) and Henry tells Charming (who would know the details of the dream from Snow), Charming may let Regina or Rumple put him under a sleeping curse so he can meet up with Snow in the dream portal.

Oh, and for the first time since they introduced the character, I didn't find Aurora annoying. Glad they are starting to give her a little depth.

From what I could tell, maybe we are going to find out HOW she became the wolf, I don't remember actually learning that last season, just that she was the wolf. We know that she killed Peter. I couldn't tell how they were playing it into this season.

I did also hear her say that her sense of smell was more prominent now.

Also, in a preview before the show, we saw Regina sitting at the diner with Emma and she was asking her about Tallahassee, why didn't we see that in the show, was it a flashback, something for an upcoming show, I was really confused about that, being that she was still in FTL.

The wolf thing is passed down in her family. Last season we learned Granny was one, and Granny said that Red's mother had been a wolf too. I'd have to go back and re-watch the episode, but when Granny was explaining to Snow about the family's heritage, she said something about her father marking her by scratching her. Not sure if that passed it on, or if he did it so he could identify her later.

The scene with Regina is from one of the first few episodes of last season. It was where she told Emma she wasn't all that worried about her being there because she had Emma investigated and knew Emma didn't stay anywhere long. The only place she had stayed for any length of time was Tallahassee for two years.

I'm really hoping that Neal isn't Bae only because I figured that was how it work out last season. However, if Neal is Bae, it will be interesting how they explain how he has managed to age only so much. Rumpelstiltskin is 300 or 400 years old (can't remember which) according to Robert Carlyle. Seems the logical explanation at this point would be that he managed to find his way to Neverland at some point, thus not aging, just like Hook. Also sets up a great love triangle.

If he is Bae, this just gives him another reason to dislike his father. First Rumple doesn't follow him through the portal and then he has to give up Emma because she has to be the one to break Rumple's curse.


Of course he took it. If Emma had the money she may not have given Henry up for adoption therefore having no reason to ever go to Storybrooke.

This episode make me dislike August. I don't like how he manipulated Emma's life from the sidelines and made her suffer so that she'd end up going to Storybrooke.

I don't think Bae hates his father. He seemed like a smart kid, and I think he saw the Rumple was scared and that's why he didn't go through the portal. He might be disappointed in him, but I don't think he hates him.

Great episode...and I sooooo love Hook!!!! I hope him and Emma have a romance....as I do not like Neal....all I can see is his character from True Blood and it overshadows his character in OUAT.

Ok am I the only one that is dissappointed on who they made Henry's father. Of all the babes on the show, they picked him. I would look at him and could only think of Booger from Revenge of the Nerds. Sorry, not the eye candy we are used too. LOL.

As for Hook, I see a bit of Jack Sparrow in him everytime he speaks. LOVE THAT.

I love this show and it is the only reason I do not dread the weekend ending.

I'm also disappointed in Henry's father. The entire episode I kept thinking "please don't let him be the father, please don't let him be the father..." O well. Maybe it's trickery and she had a one night fling with someone? I can hope.

Two things from last night's episode stood out.

1. The giant said something about "history is written by the winners", and
2. Hook said something about them not knowing the whole story, or how the story goes.

That has been shown true in how other fairy tales have gotten jumbled up. I think this is another case of that.

So now, I wonder if Bae somehow became a "jumper" between realms? First Bae jumped out of FTL, into Neverland - and became part of the story there as Peter Pan. Then maybe he jumped to Wonderland and was incorporated there as the White Rabbit, before finally jumping into our world. Where he is a combo of all those characters - with those impish like traits.

Seems to my feeble brain to be the only thing to fit all the clues they are throwing at us.

And it may all be part of what they are wanting us to "get" - that rarely in life (as in fairy tales) is the story we see, ever really the whole story.

I was disappointed in Henry's father as well. The actor reminds me of the actor who plays Jack on Revenge -- same short, schlumpy, "everyman" look. With bad hair. The bad hair is unforgivable! LOL Honestly and go ahead and call me shallow, but the "everyman" look it's not what I'm wanting for in my show's "heroes".

Now, Hook, on the other hand? (And pardon the pun...) If I were Tinkerbell, I'd totally sell out Peter Pan for a chance with Hook. In a flash.

I love Hook too and I thought I would have the same problem with Neal as you do because of True Blood but I actually find him quite charming and he is making me forget about True Blood.

I liked him at first on True Blood and like him again. I agree he has a charm about him.

I want to know what he saw in the box. He never said he did or did not believe in magic so I thought that was interesting.

If you listened there were a slight difference between what Aurora was seeing and what Henry was seeing. Aurora saw Henry in the room and Henry saw Aurora. They will probably use this dream to get messages between the worlds.

Good catch! I didn't even notice that and thought they both had the same nightmare. So I was thinking to myself, "Ok, Cora, how did you do it?"
