Has anyone else requested a particular rotation?

I have the request in via my TA for the rotation that gives you 2 nights in Animators... looks my favourite menu... and I'll be so excited about talking to Crush I probably wont eat the first night

1. What deck are you on? We are on deck 6 with a balcony. I wake up early and l like to sit on the balcony till DH gets out of bed.

2. Are you dressing up for pirate night? Probably. We us to always dress up but then the last couple of times we didn't have room for costumes. Hope to leave room this time.

3. Are you planning on going to all of the shows (Believe, Golden Mickeys, Villains?) Love, love, love the shows. Will be at everyone.

4. Do you have early or late dining? Late dining. We always do late dining, it just fits our schedule better.

5. What excursions are you planning? We are doing jet skis at castaway and I think we are doing sandals for the day at nassau. We originally booked atlantis but it's kind of expensive and we've done it twice so we checked out sandals and it seems pretty cool and inexpensive. Anyone done sandals before?

We spilt up, DH takes one girl and the treats I do the rest with the other girl. Gets done faster plus they LOVE doing it.

That stinks, no more pirate bandanas. We will have to dig some out for this trip. We don't throw anything away, especially Disney! Now where could they be... :-/

My tips... do the small things in the Navigators. We did one that was making racecars out of veggies. It was a blast.

I also have to say that we love the cheeseplate from room service.

Do not forget your day bag on the first day. We usually have the kids wear theirs under their outfits that day.

The cheese plate is awesome from room service. We usually order 2 of them and a pizza to split to snack on before the early show while we get ready.

Bringing a day bag is an excellent suggestion especially because of the swimsuits. We learned the hard way with our first cruise.

My husband and I celebrated an anniversary there at the royal bahamian resort. We had a great time.....loved the food and the beach. The only thing I did not like were the flys by the pool but that was in June. They have a beautiful resort area as well.

So I just ordered the Bon Voyage package to surpirise my husband when we first enter our room. He loves wine and I love the mini desserts. I am also suprising him with his choice of wine for our dinners...only three nights though because I am assuming Palo has their own wine.
Does anyone know if I will be able to book jet skis when we arrive on the ship or castaway cay. There are no reservations online but I am wondering if anything will open up or if they give guest an option during our arrival??????

Hi everyone! I posted a loooong time ago, but wanted to re-post now that our cruise is going to be here before we know it!!

I just ordered some great stuff from the disneystore for FREE using the gift cards we got from Sam's. I got some personalized shirts for my boys to wear on pirate night, and I also got them some presents that "Mickey" will be leaving them each day (so as not to have any fits pitched wanting super expensive stuff on the ship!).

I know that ya'll probably discussed this before, but here are a few questions, I'd love to see what you guys have to say about:

2. Are you dressing up for pirate night?

1. What deck are you on? We are on Deck 9 in Cabin 9046
2. Are you dressing up for pirate night? I am thinking about it. My dear boyfriend will not be dressing up though! My 12 yr old niece will dress, but not her sister who is 15 yr old!
3. Are you planning on going to all of the shows (Believe, Golden Mickeys, Villains?) I have never been on DCL so I would love to see the shows, but will wait to see the other activities going on at the time! I am hoping the galley tour, the martini tasting, and trivia events are available and fun too!
4. Do you have early or late dining? My family has the late dining which is most convenient with our large group. We have Palo one night so I am excited. I am still wavering about Remy. Has anyone ever been? Do you recommend it?
5. What excursions are you planning? Right now I don't have any excursions in Nassau. We are thinking about taking a taxi to the beach and spending a few hours. However, I am wondering if it's better to just schedule a beach excursion. On Castaway Cay, I have reserved a massage in the morning and I am renting a float for the rest of the day! Looking forward to beach time!!

Yes.

Late, but with specialty restaurants booked we will probably only be in the MDRs twice (may do Cabanas one night for dinner)5.

None. We've been to Nassau a few times. Booked Spa Villa for Couple's Choice while in Nassau.
Will run the Castaway Cay 5K and rent bikes for the day.

We are on Deck 8

We don't dress up for pirate night.

We usually go to all of the shows-we think they are terrific and not to be missed.

We have early seating for dinner.

The only thing planned is feeding the stingrays and snorkling at cc. We have done it the last 2 times and the kids want to do it again. Nothing planned for Nassau as of now.

This will hopefully be a very laid back trip. I am so happy and grateful to be going I look at every little thing we get to do as a bonus.
