Once Upon a Cinderella

Dh's friend is going to WDW in Oct and has reservations for this. Is it a character breakfast? What is the price? Are they any cheap ways to get tickets for this? I never heard of it, so I thought someone could help. Thanks!!

The character breakfast at Cinderellas Castle is called the "Once upon a Time" breakfast (according to the offical guide 2003).
