Once Upon a Christmastime Parade Dining Package?

Hi all,

I am planning to spend December 30th at Magic Kingdom. This is the only park we are doing this trip with the main focus being enjoying the holiday atmosphere. We know that the crowds are going to be insane so we are planning accordingly with table service meals and the Dessert Party. The Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package caught my eye as another way to avoid some crowds with VIP spots for the parade. From December 22-31st Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is shown instead. I did some research and it looks like people were able to reserve the Festival of Fantasy Parade dining package during this time and it was honored for the Christmas Parade. However, there is no availability showing from the 22-31st.

Do you think this could be because

a. All the dates have been reserved already
b. the package hasnt been released yet
c. they arent offering a dining package during the Christmas parade

I just reserved this for Christmas Eve. They just opened the bookings. I have been checking every day since July. Lots of availability. It is a great way to see the parade. We did it last year. The food isn't great though. We have the dining plan so we are burning a credit for this.

Is there a separate link for a christmas parade dining package for Tony’s or do I just book under the regular fantasy parade dining package?

Thanks for the heads up on this! Just booked for 12/22. Hoping the food won't be too terrible! Haven't been to Tony's on 10+ years.

Thanks to this thread, I just booked the package for 12h10 on Dec 30th! Never ate at Tony's but my kids would eat any kind of pasta, even disgusting ones so we'll see.

Thanks for the heads up. I booked for 12/26 for the Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package...I hope that was the right package. I really don't want to be fighting crowds when I'm going to be approximately 6 months pregnant. I gave up my Wave ADR for this so hope the food is okay enough to eat. We are from an Italian family so we know what is good Italian food. Maybe I should give the pizza pie a try?

Since you did it last year can you let us know whether the reserved viewing was for the first or scored parade?

2nd. The first parade is at 12 and the reservations to eat don't start until 11:00 so not a lot of time to eat and then get to the first parade.

We booked this package for the very first day of the OUAC parade in 2018 and were very satisfied with it and definitely felt it was worth the price! I know Tony's gets a lot of negative reviews, but the food my H and I had ranged from just fine to quite good. Our D didn't like her entree, but she ordered adventurously, so who knows whether it was her teenage tastebuds or an actually bad entree that was the culprit. The reserved viewing area for the parade was awesome, and we got a perfect spot on the curb. The only warning I would give you is that our waiter initially forgot to give us our parade passes and then told us the wrong time as well, so make sure to double check that you have the correct time and that you actually receive your passes.
