Thanks everyone!

As excited as I am about being in single digits, my stupid tooth is putting a damper on everything. :( I feel like I'm never going to figure out why I'm in so much pain.

The new dentist I was supposed to see today had to cancel my appointment today because of a family emergency, so I won't get to see him until Friday afternoon. Then he will be out of the office all next week, so if I need something major done, I don't know how I will get it done by my trip, unless he does it on Friday. :confused3

It's getting to the point where I might just say, send me to an oral surgeon and let them rip the stupid tooth out! I do NOT want to be dealing with this at Disney World, and if the tooth is out of my mouth, then whatever! I don't want to lose this tooth, but at the same time, it's causing me so many problems that I'd almost rather just be rid of it! But I will see what the dentist says on Friday first, I guess. Hopefully he can fix it. I don't know. I do know another dentist works in that office also, so maybe if I need something done next week, the other one can do it for me.

I'm just so upset this is happening now...it couldn't have happened weeks ago, or when I got home from my trip... :sad1:

Sorry for all the whining. It's just always something with me, it seems. :sad1:

Not for nothing, but you can always go to the ER. It will cost more money (I don't remember if you said you have insurance or not), but they can at least take care of it right there.

I do have insurance, that's not the problem, I'd just rather go to a real dentist! I'm just going to see what happens on Friday, if I need it pulled, I'll see if I can go to an oral surgeon on Monday so I'll be healed by Friday, and if I need a new root canal or filling or something, I'll just see if the other guy at the office can squeeze me in next week or he can send me somewhere else. Brandon seems to think they will fix whatever it is on Friday, so who knows? And honestly, it's not that horrible, it's just annoying when I chew on that side or drink cold things, so if I have to just deal with it, I suppose I can. I would just REALLY rather not have anything bothering me on vacation, you know? :)

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo: for single digits.

:sad2::sad2::sad2: for the dentist having to cancel on you.

Here's some pixiedust:pixiedust:pixiedust: that you get answers on Friday.

Thanks! :cool1:

I was really annoyed at first that the dentist had to cancel...but he's kind of friendly with my DH's family, and his mom said she thinks that there might have been a death in the family, so I feel bad now. At least I'm seeing him Friday, I just hope I can get this all figured out before next week! :yay: Hopefully the pixie dust will help!

I can't believe how soon it is!! Before you know it, we'll be looking at packing pics and saying goodbye!!

YAY for single digits!

Ugh, I am sorry for being a horrible friend and not texting you about your tooth. I got on the DIS for about two minutes this morning, read your PM, and then headed to work. I didn't even see your posts until just now. :guilty:

I am SOOOO sorry that darn tooth is still giving you trouble! Honestly, I would recommend just telling them to pull it. I know that sounds a bit extreme, but I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled over the summer with nothing but novocaine, and I was fine in a week. Plus I didn't feel a thing! I bet with just one tooth you would be ready to roll in three or four days! I completely understand why you don't want to have it pulled, but that would give you peace of mind too. I don't want you worrying your whole trip about getting a toothache! :sad1:

I know, I can't wait!!! I love packing day...I took next Thursday off basically just to pack! :cool1: So yeah, expect lots of packing pics! :rotfl2:

That's awful that he had to cancel :( I hope things work out

I hope it works out too! I'm tired of stressing about it! :upsidedow

Yay single digits!!! :cheer2:

LOL, you're not a horrible friend, don't worry about not texting me about my stupid tooth! :) Like I said, I'm sick of stressing about it, so it's no big deal!

It's actually a different tooth from last time...last time it was my wisdom tooth and the dentist gave me a rinse that cleared everything up and now it's fine. This time it's a tooth that I had a root canal on 2 years ago that just randomly started hurting a few days ago when I eat or drink, which is not supposed to happen! :confused3 And my dentist was basically baffled as to why I was having pain, he took an x-ray, didn't see anything, and said he didn't know why it was happening, and then told me to put $1000 crown on the stupid thing, so now I'm going to Brandon's family dentist to get a 2nd opinion. It's not that bad, but if I can get it taken care of before next Friday, I'd really like to. I'll keep you guys posted!

Good morning! So I did a whole update last night, my last 2 days of my itinerary, and about what's going on with my tooth and everything, and I went to post it, and I got a message saying the boards were down for 2 hours! Ughhh!

So quickly, I'm going to the other dentist today at 3:45 to get a 2nd opinion about my tooth, but here's the thing...it doesn't hurt anymore. At all. I want to cancel but Brandon won't let me, so I guess I'll go...I'm just happy it stopped hurting! I guess I should find out what was causing it, though.

And 2nd...I had to leave work early yesterday because I've been coughing and thought I might be getting bronchitis. I went to the dr. and he said it's a respiratory illness and gave me some antibiotics, so hopefully I will be better in a few days. I hate being sick, but I'm glad if I have to be sick, it's now and not at Disney. So I called out today so I can rest, I didn't really feel like pushing myself today.

Anyway! I'm going to finish up my itinerary today, because as of today, I have ONE WEEK til I'm in Disney World!!! Actually, by this time next week, I will already be in Florida! OMG I can't wait!!!

I'm going to combine the last 2 days of our trip, because Thursday doesn't have much planned yet, as you will see!

11/18, Thursday

Not sure what we will do during the day Thursday! Maybe DTD, maybe a park, it depends! Eventually we will be going to the Poly

disneys-polynesian-resort.jpg

to do some exploring and then have dinner at Ohana! After Ohana, we will go to MK for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!

mickeysverymerrychristmas_2.jpg

I don't want to put up too much about the party, I want to save it for my TR!

After the party, we will go back to POR and get ready for our last day at Disney. :(

11/19 Friday

We will be waking up early to get to DHS as soon as possible, hopefully for rope drop!

sunset_rope_drop.jpg

Once we are in, if we haven't seen the Beauty and the Beast show by this time, we will definitely be doing that at some point during the day

disney-s-hollywood-studios_beauty-and-the-beast-live-on-stage.jpg

After a few more rides on ToT, we will probably be ready for lunch at Sci Fi

DriveIn.jpg

which I'm actually considering canceling...I probably won't decide for a few days, but I'm kind of losing interest in going there, and I'd rather not waste the TS credit if I'm not that excited about it!

After Sci Fi, we will head back to POR to pack...:sad1:...and then go to Epcot for the night!

epcot.jpg

I'm sure I will check the Soarin wait times, like I always do in Epcot, or get an FP if there are any left, then go to WS for a margarita and to ride

gft1a.jpg

I love this little boat ride, I think it's so cute!

After Mexico, we will probably just wander around WS until it is time for our dinner ADR at

LeCellierInterior.jpg

:cool1:

Once we are finished with Le Cellier, we will go find a good viewing spot for

Illuminations-1.jpg

Illuminations, where I'm sure I will start crying about almost being finished with Disney, if I'm not already.

After Illuminations, we have until 12 to stay at Epcot for magic hours, where I'm sure we will do our favorite attractions a few more times! Then we will go back to POR and make sure we are ready to leave bright and early the next morning to get to the airport and fly home. :sad1:

And that's the trip! I can't wait!!! I wish I wasn't sick right now or I'd be more excited, all week something has been bothering me and not letting me be as excited as I would like to be, but hopefully once this antibiotic kicks in, I'll feel better and start feeling like I'm really going to Disney next week!

Darn...I can't believe you got a respiratory thing. I hope those antibiotics work quickly.

And I'm with Brandon--DON'T cancel the dentist. Be sure and tell him exactly when it started hurting, how it hurts/feels, etc. You don't want this starting up again when you get to Disney.

Your two last day plans sound great!!! If you cancel Sci-Fi, what will you do with that TS? We really liked Sci-Fi (stick to the burgers and reuben and onion rings).

I also agree with Brandon - don't cancel the dentist! Just because it stopped hurting doesn't mean it won't start up again

I'm sure the respiratory thing will go away with the antibiotics. Just make sure you tell the dentist (if he wants to give you antibiotics) that you're already taking them and what for.

As for Sci-Fi, I really enjoyed it! I think Sharon did as well (she joined me at the last minute), but you'd have to ask her :lmao:

I think the day of MVMCP will be a great time to not have any plans and just relax and rest up so you can have tons of fun at the party! :thumbsup2 And, I think dinner at LC, Illuminations and EMH is a great way to spend your final night at Disney. I hope you feel better soon! :goodvibes

Plans sound great. Sorry to hear about the tooth and the illness. I hope you are 100% better by the time you get to WDW. Being sick at WDW is no fun! :sad2: Have a speedy recovery and good luck with the dentist! :goodvibes
