Once i send back initial paperwork, do they send me anything before closing?

I sent back our paperwork signed on weds, they probably got it friday. I didnt write down the tracking # so i hope it got there.

will they send me anything before it closes, or do i just assume all is well?

what are the next steps. we already have a room booked to use in 3 weeks at wdw. do they call to say they got it? do we just wait it out?

Gosh when I was doing the paperwork I was all excited , now I cant remember how it happened.

I do believe I got a copy of the recorded deed shortly after closing . I think that was the only way to know things were finished.

Disney makes it so easy to use points and do paperwork . I didn't actually matter to me when I closed because I started using points right away

This is sort of related. Does anyone know when I might receive my pin # to access DVC online? I sent back papers 2 weeks ago & supposed to close on first of March. I also have made reservations but wanted to go online.

You can call MS and they will give you your Pin # over the phone. I never did receive my pin # in the mail.

I joined this past sunday and called MS back on tuesday and they gave me my pin # on the phone.

Oh! I should have asked this sooner. I have talked to MS 3 times so far. I will call monday.

I just remember they called me a few days after I sent it in. I would call & talk to accounting.

I also had a label in the folder of my copies for tracking the fedex.

Thank you so much!! I didnt remember seeing a copy in my papers, but i just looked and found a copy of the bol for fed-ex. it was delivered yesterday!!

Like others , I never got a my pin I had to call for it too.

DVC did mail back my mortgage papers for my records.

You can check on the orange county comptroller site to see your information. You will know you closed when your information shows up.
Go to www.comptroller.co.orange.fl.us/ and then select search. Accept the disclaimer and then put your name in.

And then we received our permanent DVC member cards.
