Once again can't get a ps for sci-fi earlier than 12:50

This was my second try at getting a ps for sci-fi on 12/18..... first I was told they don't make ps before 12:50, today I was told the earliest available ps is 12:50, I asked why I couldn't get one earlier and she says it's booked up ??? what the heck is that ??

Hmmm, we've got one for 12:15 for a day in Thanksgiving week. Maybe that day you want it just too popular.

That happened to us one time at 50s Prime Time Cafe. The earliest I could get a PS was for 1:30 or so. I went ahead and booked it, but we really wanted to eat earlier. When we arrived at MGM, I went to the window where you can make PSs, and asked about a PS for around Noon and got one with no problem. Then, I cancelled my later one.
