Once a year points transfer

On the once a year points transfer rule, does this refer to your use year to use year date, or Jan-Dec. of a calendar year?

It is once per "use year."

It goes by use year. Last year I was booking cabins for 10 family members on a cruise. When I compared the points amount to the Cash cruise price it was a big difference.
So I transferred my 2010 and 2011 points to 2 different members in one week. . It didn't matter that I transferred them so close. Because they were different use years.

also once per membership, so if you have multiple memberships you can have multiple transfers
