Onboard Website

I was wondering how you access the onboard website? People say it's in the purple folder, I never received a purple folder, I however received the e-mail, I paid my fees etc. and I've picked my arrival and departure days. My Congrats e-mail gave me my candidate ID but no onboard website information, it said that I would have access once I fully accept my offer, which I did a week or so ago. So I'm really confused on how I get on it. Thanks

you'll get a purple folder soon. there is a link to the onboard website floating around but it isn't updated, so all the info is inaccurate. They're probably working on it

I actually just received a purple envelope from Disney, it was just a postcard saying congratulations and told me to follow the instructions in my dashboard, but there hasn't been anything new to do in the past week, I've done everything and haven't heard a thing...am I getting a separate purple folder? I'm so confused and anxious lol.

I'm not 100% there will be folders, but some people say that you will be getting them later on (after the congrats postcard)

If there is nothing else to do on your dash, then just check back a couple times a week At least you know you're going!!!

& i don't want to give out the link to the onboard site because it doesn't have anything on there that pertains specifically to this season, and it says that you aren't supposed to distribute it. sooo.... i don't know who got it, or how, but i don't think we are supposed to have access to it at all
