Onboard gifts issue

Hi all,

I’m trying to look at what the onboard gifts are but no matter what I did it says it can’t locate my reservation. Any suggestions. I’m in Ireland so calling isn’t an option.

I'm in Ireland too and I ma booked on the September Norwegaian Fjords cruise.

I discovered this glitch when I booked my original cruise for September 202 which ended up being cancelled.

You can only buy onboard gifts through the App if you paid in US dollars, either direct through Disney Cruise website or through an American Travel Agent.

If you paid in Euro's either through direct through Disney Cruise website or through an Irish Travel Agent you wont be able to see that option. You will have to call Disney Cruise direct.

I can see that option on my App as I booked with Dreams Unlimited and paid my cruise in US Dollars not Euros.

Tip if you book another Disney cruise, use Dreams Unlimited Travel. I just email my agent with any questions or changes and she rings Disney Cruise and gets it all sorted. I don't have to deal with international phone charges

To piggyback on this post, has anyone seen the onboard gifts for HOTHS cruises? I know it used to be a blanket/pillow and some decorations, wondering what this year's iteration looks like.
