Onboard booking discount

My husband and I signed up for the onboard booking discount on our cruise last year. We still need to pick our sail date. Where can I confirm it is registered for us? I don’t see anything on my Disney Cruise account.

You should have had a reservation email with the reservation number on it. It wont show in your cruise account I believe until you move it to a cruise.

The onboard email confirmation is hit-or-miss for us. We’ve only received it once out of four placeholders. Call DCL and ask to check your account. They usually will send you a new confirmation email.
