We transferred a "dummy" reservation to the PC cruise.

For a category 5B, the regular prices are as follows (now at 10:00 a.m. CST):
Adults: 3829.00 (x2)
Child: 1639.00
Infant: 959.00
Ins.: 536.00
Transfers: 195.00
Taxes: 704.90
Total: 11,691.90

However, when I went into the system (at 7:15 a.m. CST) and changed my "dummy" reservation to the PC cruise, it gave me the following prices:
Adults: 3474.00 (x2)
Child: 1503.00
Infant: 891.00
Ins.: 536.00
Transfers: 195.00
Taxes: 704.90
Total: 10,777.90

I thought the onboard booking discount was 10% off of the fare only. Thus, 10% off the fares should look something like this:
Adults: $3446.10
Child: 1475.10
Infant: 863.10
Ins. 536.00
Transfers: 195.00
Taxes: 704.90
Total: 10,666.30

So, my question, is how am I calculating this incorrectly? Where did that $111.60 go?

There is one small fee incorporated into what is listed as cruise fare that is not subject to the discount. Yes, I know it seems really off....but it's in some different pocket at DCL. When we received a refund for a cruise shortened by a hurricane, we actually received a total of 3 refunds; one from their cruise fare account, one from the taxes and government charges account, and one from this other weird piece. Sorry, I don't remember what they call it. It is a relatively small amount, but is exempted from the discounts.
