Hi, we did an onboard booking in october 2014 for our july 2016 alaskan cruise. We named Dreams Unlimited as our TA. We are getting the 10% off and the Dreams Unlimited onboard credit. Do we also get the DCL onboard credit for onboard booking in addition to the TA's credit?

You can't see this online, but you can ask your travel agent to verify the credit with DCL!

If you got a confirmation of your booking, ti should be shown on there. If not, as above, your TA should verify the availability of that credit for you.

You are aware that onboard bookings result in 50% less OBC from Dreams, right?

The way I understand it from both my DU TA and the DU website is that this is only true for onboard booking made after Nov 15, 2015. OP made their booking in 2014 so will get the full amount.

Yes, both! And since you made the booking in 2014, you'll get the full DU credit (don't pay attention to any mention of a 50% credit since that doesn't apply to you). Spend it in good fun!

They actually missed my DU credit last time (not sure how). I usually get an invoice from guest services the first day I'm on the ship. If you notice there is credit missing, you can let them know. When I told them the DU credits were missing, they somehow contacted them, and the next day they gave me an updated invoice and it was there! I think they send them an email/call to confirm based on our reservation number.

The $200 from DCL is only on 7 night cruises or longer, just fyi. $100 on shorter cruises.
