The Wish this summer was the 4th Disney cruise for DH and I and the 3rd for our kids. We went with my brother and his family who were first time cruisers. My kids made their own fun in the teen club but there wasn't much to do for my brother's kids who have aged out of the clubs. We really enjoy cruising because its suits so many of our family's needs and were hoping to convince my brother and his family to try another ship. They are hesitant because of the lack of activities. My question is... are the lack of activities due to covid restrictions or the wish itself? On previous ships there was midship detectives which we all enjoyed but the Wish doesn't have it or any thing similar to it. There was no Mickey 500 on the Wish. Character drawing classes were videos that they had trouble running them. There was no towel folding or cooking demos. For those legal to drink they enjoyed some of the unique offerings but there is only so much drinking that can be done. So do we need to move away from Disney cruises or do the other ships still have enough interesting things to do? thanks!
