Onaha's potato recipe?

Has anyone snagged the recipe for the new potatoes at Ohana's? My DH loves them and I'd like to surprise him one night. Anyone?

I did not check, but did you look on www.allearsnet.com? I found the bread pudding recipe there a few days ago, & I can not wait to try that

here is what our server gave us:

Maui Scalloped Potato

1 lb (70 slices) of Idaho Russet potatoes washed and sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sweet onions
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients
Place in a greased 2" hotel pan and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
serve hot
