Starting the workouts is so hard. I did PM yoga last night and AM this morning. Umm... you mean I could ever do some of those moves.... My body has gotten so stiff. Guess it is a sign of (A) not moving it and (B) age!
THAT it does!! I don't think a lot of people realize just how painful a bad back can be. Ice it up where it hurts, Wilderness, and remember to lift with your knees while you are shoveling that snow!
I have low back issues and I have been purchasing DANSKO shoes to wear all of the time (I'm a teacher and am on my feet all day) Since I started with the dansko's I have had almost no back pain!!! It's was gone!
