On The Plane . . .

I bring my iPod and a book that I pick out a few weeks ahead and don't start reading until the day of my trip. Sometimes my Mom surprises my sister and I with a magazine that we are'nt subscribed to. My flight is only a little over an hour so I don't have too long. Also, there are special games just for traveling. For example, my family and I have the travel Uno.

It's only a two hour flight, but I usually bring:
iPod
DVD Player (but I usually never watch it..unless I'm not going to WDW and I'm on a long flight)
DVDs
Notebook, Pens, Markers, Crayons haha
Magazines
Oh! And some snackies. Always good.

9 gour flight.

i take coloring:blush:
and my phone(it has flight mode)
magazines
books
food
and anything

instead of a portable dvd player if you have a laptop with a dvd player in it it would be better. you can draw on paint or play games. just no internet lol

Actually I've flown twice on a plane with a laptop and I've found it to be a pain unless you're flying first class. There isn't much room for the screen to come up.

I've never really flown before, but on car trips I bring one, maybe two books, a CD player (lol, 20th century), a notebook and pencils, and maybe some figures to play with.

I'd say bring a good book, one that you pick out well ahead of time and sort of skim to make sure you'll be engrossed by it. Also bring your
iPod/Mp3/Music Listening Deviceif you like to listen to music. When are you going on your trip? Because the day after thanksgiving, WalMart has good quality portable DVD players for really cheap. Also some gum, it's good to have for your ears, and to keep you from getting overly hungry or thirsty. Because IMHO, Airplane drinks/food are disgusting.

I have a 9 hour long flight, I usually bring;
snacks
dvd player
nintendo ds
ipod
books i don't start reading till the day of the trip
notepad for doodling and games

I always fly JetBlue down to Disney so each seat has it's own television, so I just watch that. But I also bring my ipod. That keeps me entertained the whole... 3 hours.

same. and i also have a three hour flight.
other than the tv, i usually bring a book and my i-pod.
maybe if you have any portable video games bring them..
i usually spend the whole flight getting myself pumped for disney :]
oh, and it's helpful to bring a friend. kinda hard to stick in a carry-on bag though...

I have a three hour flight.I usually bring my portable dvd player, nintendo ds, magazines/books,and some paper and markers to doodle with.

Same as everyone else, ipod, books,magazines... Oh and if possible a DVD player and lots of your favorite flicks. And don't forget to pack gum to unclog your ears when your up at 10000 feet! Have fun!!!!!

i don't know how long a flight from md is from oh it 2 hrs i was little the last time we went to disneys but i fly to ohio somtimes like i'm in ohio right know i'm flying back monday i always buy a scketchbook sharpen some pencials charge my ds grab the book i'm reading at the moment and any school assighnments stick them in my backpack its a string one

for me its only a 2 hour flight so i dont bring that much. I bring my IPOD, PSP, some candy or snacks and a lot of gum.

I think mine's like a 2-2:30 hour flight. Last time I brought:
dvd player and dvd's
cd's and cd player
books

When we go in July/August, this is what I plan to bring:
dvd player and dvd's
ipod shuffle (i want to get one within the next 4 weeks!)
maybe some cards to play with my mom
and probably some books or magazines.

I always bring my Ipod, and magazines, but I also bring my "lucy" cow, which was a stuffed animal, but I have slept so many times on her, she's now a pillow.

My flight to NYC is about 9 hrs, but there is a 2 hr layover in Philly.

thanks soo much!
i just went to a local amusement park and i called my mom on the way home to tell her we were coming home and she said she went out and bought me a portable dvd player. so im all set =].

I record all of the Disney shows on The Travel Channel on my DVR (like WDW:Scenes, Undiscovered WDW, etc.) and then I burn them on to DVD's to take with me and watch on the plane to get me pumped up. I also bring the Disney Vacation DVD.
