im going to wdw in august and i was just wondering...

on the airplane do you bring 'fun stuff' to do to keep busy? if you do what do you bring?

i brought my ipod, magizines, a book, and some markers and a little notbook to draw in. i only have a 3 hour flight so it's not too bad.

I usually bring my ipod and a book. It is only a little over 2 hours flight for me though.

oh ok thanks =]
anyone else?
my plane ride is about 6 hours.. so ill need as much ideas as possible.

books, magazines, ipod, dvd player, movies, somthing to draw in or write in.

Do you have a portable DVD player? Because those little babies come in handy on long plane rides. And I think if your plane ride is that long, the airline usually plays movies. You might want to check online to see if they do.

i dont think they do, we're flying airtran.. and ive never been on an airtran plane before, we always fly northwest. how much are portable dvd players?

Of course! We usually have a layover somewhere so I need stuff for the airport as well. I usually bring:

Mp3 Player and lots of batteries! ;)
Ipod
Phone(It has games!)
books
notebook and pen or markers to doodle
coloring book and crayons(yes, I am 14 and I still color! :p)

*and we've never had a loooooong plane ride but a DVD player would be a good idea*

ok thanks for the link =]. and all the ideas!!!
i really want a portable dvd player now. they look awesome.

I have flown airtran and I don't think they ever have on flight movies. The portable DVD is great.

I always fly JetBlue down to Disney so each seat has it's own television, so I just watch that. But I also bring my ipod. That keeps me entertained the whole... 3 hours.

On the plane I'll bring my iPod and a portable DVD player. The flight is two hours from where we live, so I pick a that lasts about that long.

dvd player.
about 3 dvds.
mp3.
cell phone.
books.
magazine.
notebook//colouring books.
annd if it's during school or if i have summer homework,
homework.

bbring some stuff extra just incase.
when we went in january,
we got stuck with a 10 hr delay.
we didn't bring much stuff,
so we got bbored easily,
and rode the escalator for fun.

Planes for me are the worst. I'm not afraid of them. My ears pop and I can't read or I get sick. I can't look out the window or I get dizzy.

I would bring an iPod, Snacks, Cell Phone, Notebook, pens, Disney Book [to get you excited like a travel book], and if your ears pop like mine do, buy "Earplanes", they are amazing.. they don't stop your ears from popping totally, but they do help. I would also bring gum, they say that helps ear when they pop.

Have a great trip.. I'm going in August too. =]

instead of a portable dvd player if you have a laptop with a dvd player in it it would be better. you can draw on paint or play games. just no internet lol
