Glad to see you did update your TR! I love your pictures in front of the castle. That is my absolute favorite MK picture spot. Good luck with settlement in a couple weeks. I know your are bummed about moving, so I really hope all goes smoothly.

You know it was! I ordered matching VB bags for me and Ally - I got the backsack for her and the hipster for me but she likes the hipster better so we switched!

Ohhhh.....gotcha! I can't wait for the DisMom's TR. I read ALL of Ellen's TR's in the last 24 hours. I have virtually been glued to my computer....lol. I must say you ladies are rather entertaining.....and I am sooo jealous of your many Disney trips! And my husband is sooo sick of hearing me talk about them....LOL! Oh well, too bad for him. I have enjoyed every word and picture, thanks for sharing!

On the 11th day of Christmas, Walt Disney gave to me....

11 Mayoral Greetings
10 Minute Water Taxi
9 Fightin words.....
8:00 Wishes
7 bathroom pit stops
6 Epcot "Santas"
5 million dancing lights
4 parks one world
3 season passes
2 1/2 hr drive
and a room at the Wilderness Lodge

AFter spending the morning in MK, and ready to get back to Epcot to see the rest of the "Santas" (so I can PROVE to Rosie that there really are 6!), we thought we'd stop at The Plaza for a quick lunch.

We checked at the podium and as luck would have it, they could get us in right away!!!

We were seated right in front of the door and after perusing the menu (good word, "perusing") we all ordered milkshakes....BIG milkshakes! yummmmm!

The Plaza, while not worth a TS credit, was cute inside. Like an old soda fountain. But with the 20% discount of the TIW card, it was a nice distraction.

Our server was great. She spent a lot of time at our table, talking with Ally, asking her name, age, etc.

Come to find out, she was INTERVIEWING Ally for her election as......

JR MAYOR OF THE DAY!!!

As soon as these crazy characters came in the door and started their spiel, we knew what was up. But Ally didn't....

Until now..... ding ding ding.... lightbulb going off over her head!

Now let me just tell you, being the Jr Mayor has its priviledges..... a set of fast passes to any attraction in MK, a sash (which she could only wear in the restaurant, much to her satisfaction, and a button which she proudly wore the rest of the day.

She had adoring fans EVERYWHERE greeting her with, "good afternoon, Jr Mayor," "how are you Miss Jr Mayor?" It was great!

But Ally does not like to be the center of attention, so I think we enjoyed it more than she did......

As soon as we finished our lunch, we scurried over to Space Mtn for one last ride using our newly gotten, by election to Jr Mayor, fast passes!

The CM at the fp line looked confused when he saw the handwritten slip of paper that was the fp, but when we informed him that he was in the presence of the JR Mayor mayor mayormayor..... he let us in......

Then it was off to Epcot to see the rest of those Santas!!!!!

Not quite as exciting as the FPs she scored at AK one day in March when she fell down and skinned her knee. Hey, she's a team player!!! Took one for the team so we could all have FPs!!!

Kara- could you hear my three-second-delay belly laugh after every sentence in your last installment?? Yay for Ally!! I have never been in the Plaza, and I feel like I am reading about it in EVERYONE'S TR lately- gonna have to add that in somewhere this fall. REALLY???? ALL of them in 24 hours??? WOW! I don't know if I could even do that!! Thanks so much, both of you, for making me feel all special and stuff! Hope you like our new TR- we laughed SO MUCH on this trip, it was one fit of hysterics after another! What a great time we had!
