Is this right? The Power Passes let you access the Express line. l(Like Fast Pass, but you still wait in line) Staying on site allows to go to the front of the line after showing your room key. Does this mean that you would never have to wait in line for rides if you stay on-site at Universal or IOA? So, if you are staying at Disney World, you would be better off checking into one of the resorts onsite at Universal to avoid any line waiting?

The only true front of the line is with a VIP tour. Staying on-site allows you to use your room key to access the express line.I think there is a limit of each ride once per hour (hulk at 10am and hulk again at 11:01am) It is defenitely a great idea to check in to a Universal Hotel for this! You have use of your room key for the day you check in and the day you check out!

A limited # of express passes are given out at machines and I read that you can buy a book of express passes but I don't know if that's a "limited time" offer.
