I do hope you get it, but they no longer give this out as comp parking for disabled badge holders. I got it last year but any manager i have talked to , have confirmed this is not Loews policy now.

We have been upgraded to a queen suite on floor 7, free comp valet parking and refrigerator. It's all about who you know..

The room rate works out at £68 a night, got a deal with Netflights and our Rock Royalty upgrade is still being honoured.

We were given this before we had a disabled badge, by the way.

I think one reason they stop giving this to people is that there are to many people out there that take advantage. How many times have you seen Billy use Grandma's HP so that they can get a closer parking spot.

Even when I broke my leg, as soon as I could use a regular space I did because I know there are people who really need it. Heck I don't even use the Expecting Mothers spots becase I really need the exercise.

Pacific Resort. Unfortunately there is no complementary parking for those
with a disabled parking badge. The same rate fees apply, and it is $15.00
for self parking and $22.00 for valet parking overnight. If you have any
other questions, please let me know.

I apologize that Loews Portofino Bay Hotel no longer offers complimentary
handicap parking.
However to make things as convenient as possible the parking spaces are
located next to the elevator.

The above is correct, but trust me, I won't be paying for parking. Your replies are formal, my offer was informal and is backed up in a personal email to my wife and I. Before the netflghts offer, we were given a staff rate for our stay.
