So we're here on site, and decided to make a last minute change to our schedule for today and hit Disney Quest with some old WPF&M tickets instead of going to Universal for the day. So, I want to spend some money, here, on site, instead of across town, and instead, I'm stuck waiting for the stupid site to come up so I can figure out where we can go for dinner. Been trying since super early this morning and keep getting the "We're sorry. There is a problem searching for reservations at this time" or some variation on it, all morning. I called and sure enough, they can't help either - same system.
It was frustrating enough when this happened consistently in the months leading up to our trip - but now that we're here, and they are wasting my precious vacation time, it's infuriating. Why oh why can't a company that does so many other things well get its act together with the computer systems? Why aren't a whole bunch of people getting fired over this stuff?
